You may only sign-up for one Image Hosting account. Members creating more than one upload account may have their accounts deleted and all images and galleries removed.
I-ImageHost.com provides this service free of charge and is not expected to be used to host images for large-scale web sites. You may link or embed images hosted on this service in personal sites, message boards, and individual online auctions.
We reserve the right to remove images from our server if they are found to be consuming too much bandwidth. Files consuming too much bandwidth on a regular basis will be removed promptly.
We do not allow uploading of adult content. This would include pictures containing nudity and sexual situations. We also do not allow pictures that depict illegal activies or subjects. Those who upload illegal files will be blocked (by IP address) from using our service. Legal authorities may be contacted if the subject of the file is found to be illegal.
Any images found to break these terms and conditions will be removed without warning. Anyone uploading an image that violates our terms may be banned from using this site without prior notice. We reserve the right to delete any uploaded image or user account.
Our service is provided on an "as is, as available" basis. We give no warranty, expressed or implied, for the services provided, including, without limitation, warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. This no warranty expressly includes any reimbursement for losses of income due to disruption of service by the provider or its providers beyond the fees paid by client to provider for services.
We may modify this policy at any time and without warning or prior notice.
